1. To undertake and carry on business of leasing of all kinds of plants, machinery, equipment, vehicle, ships, boats, aircraft, and other utilities as the company may from time to time think fit and to finance on hire purchase or on deferred payment or otherwise and to subsidies finance or assist in subsidizing or financing, purchase, sale or maintenance of any plant, machinery, equipment, vehicle, ships, boats, aircraft, goods, articles or commodities of all kinds and description whatsoever and to purchase or otherwise deal in all forms of immovable property including lands and buildings and moveable assets referred to hereinbefore.
2. To Carry on business as traders, exporters , agents, representatives, dealers, producers, stockiest, importers or distributors of plants, machineries, equipments, apparatus, gadgets, applies, accessories, spare parts, including tea, coffee, jute and jute goods, leather and leather goods, handicrafts, piece of arts, jewellery, ornaments, marble, and other stones, steel, plastic, rubber, chemicals, engineering goods, cloth, dresses, garments, transport vehicles, food products, books, reading and educative material, paper and paper products.

To Purchase, acquire, hold and dispose off otherwise deal and invest in any shares, debentures and other securities in or of any company or companies and to act as investors, guarantors, underwriters, financers to industrial enterprises either out of its own funds or out of funds that the company might borrow by issue of debentures or from bankers or otherwise howsoever in any other manner.
